Dear Dr. Santos:

I am writing this letter requesting your permission to have my grade for NBV2a marked as an Incomplete (INC) instead of a 3.5 for failing to present my Operations Plan during the given time slot for the panel, under the approval of my mentor, Sir Benjamin Dy. I have been unable to do so under the circumstances that my Father requested I change the concept and the location of my business, ultimately affecting my Marketing and Operations Plan.

Because of this, we had an agreement with Sir Benjamin Dy to complete all the necessary requirements needed (Business Plan, UAI Survey, Marketing Plan, Operations Research) this Summer term to be able to avoid delays during the upcoming First Semester in June.
