GENERAL FRAMEWORK FOR ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE ASSESSMENT OF I+V+A TO CLIMATE CHANGE

Integration of adaptation to climate change into the planning strategy of the different socioeconomic sectors and ecological systems in Spain (mainstreaming)

To establish a continuous and accumulative process of knowledge generation and strengthening of capacities

To assist all those administrations and organizations interested – private and public – in evaluating the impacts of climate change in their area of interest, facilitating data, knowledge, tools and methods

To promote participation processes focus on the definition of the better options for adapting to climate change
