USABILITY STUDIES

• Think-aloud sessions 60-90 minutes • 3 women (age: 38 (2x), 58), 2 men (age: 64, 66)

• Google Analytics • Outcomes: users pick & choose enrichments based

on interests • Substantial % use app > 10 minutes

FUTURE WORK • From 7 programmes to one million hours
