• Thepositiveshoulderprovidesadualbenefitof(a)increasingtorquecapacity(termedDeltaTorque),allowinguseofAPIcasingandtubingconnectionsindrillingandwork-overapplications,and(b)preventingcouplingsandpinsfrombeingoverstressed,particularlyrelevantforextendingthreadlifeandreducingrethreadingcostofAPItubing.

• MLTRingsizesarespecificforpipesize(OD),weight(wallthickness),andAPIconnectiontype(EUE,STC,LTC,BTC),balancingflexibilitywithhightorquecapacity.

• TheMLTRinginnerdiametercreatesaflushgeometrywiththecasingwhichenhancesflowefficiencywhileprotectingthreadsfromdebris.

INSTALLATION OF MLT RING IS FAST AND EASY

Installationisfastandeasywithasimplehandheldhydraulicallyactuatedtool.Ringscanbeinstalledinthefield,pipeyard,and/orpipemill.

Theshoulderpreventsoverpenetrationofthepinincouplingandflushtotheinnerdiameterwhichimprovesflowperformanceandkeepsdebrisfromthecouplingthreads,improvingconnectionlifethroughrepeatedmake-breakcycles.
