Motivating Employees

Employees can make or break your business.

So, how do you keep them motivated to do their very best?

How do we empower employees?

Empowerment occurs when individuals in an organization are given autonomy, authority, trust, and encouragement to accomplish a task. Empowerment is designed to unshackle the worker and to make a job the worker's responsibility.

You and your partner have been hired by the K9 Korner to devise a motivational plan for its employees. Since winter break employees have not been working their schedule. In addition when they do work they are not productive.

You must come up with 3 different motivations in your plan. You need to be specific and realistic.
