Every event is a mini-campaign for the Client that consists of 3 main parts:
Announcement Involving/intriguing, sending of the invitations, confirming participation or registration on the site of the event
Occurence Communication with the guests, unique atmosphere, program, catering, handing presents
Posteffect Photos on the site of the event and on the monitors in the office, video, collecting the guests’ reviews, sending of the gifts
During the briefing we formulate KPI’s that strictly determines our further activity

We never pick up ideas from the archives just putting new client’s logo in the presentation. We work with the brief and propose at least 2 conceptions
You can forget the budget’s increase after concept’s confirmation
As soon as the idea and the budget are submitted, increase of the cost s is only possible in case of fundamental changes of the concept

Status/proceedings of the meeting is sent to the client the same day. You can always call our managers, we reply to emails during a couple of hours and never keep force majeur from the client

Initialization
Work with the incoming request, Q&A, commercial proposal, harmonization of the idea, assistance in preparation of the project’s sale to the client’s top-managers, signing of the contract
Planning
Preparation of the project realization timing, forming of the key contractors pool, preparation and agreement of design layouts, the decoration plan
Monitoring and control
Maintaining a detail record at all stages of the project, status-meetings with all participants of the process
Execution
Production of materials, event realization
Assessment
Analysis of the activities carried out, assessment of the event, preparation of report

After every conducted activity we suggest to the client to evaluate our work within our tale.
If the overall mark is worse than 8 we return % of our agency fee.
