DISTRIBUTOR PARTS CONFERENCE (DPC)
Every year, Mobis India conducts events and conferences to connect, support and encourage the Sales Network. This helps us maintain a healthy interaction with all the individuals connected with Hyundai Mobis.
This year, Mobis India conducted 1st ever Distributor Parts Conference, DPC in the month of April’19 and Retailer meets in the month of May-July ’19.
In year 2018, Mobis conducted National Parts Conference for its dealers. With same zeal, this year
Mobis India conducted its 1st ever Distributor Specific Part Conference (DPC) on 9th -11th April, 2019 in
the beautiful city Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam with participation of more than 35 Distributor principals
across India. The conference started with opening remarks from Mr. Woosuk Leem, Managing
Director, AS-Parts, which was followed by Mr. Ram Kumar, Group Head, Sales & Marketing. Each
department shared their extensive plans through presentations such as Marketing, Network
Enhancement, Accessories, Inventory and Logistics. On the concluding note, our Group Head, Mr.
Ram Kumar conducted a Q&A Session and discussed all the queries assuring earliest resolution to
the participants. A group photo was taken to capture the successful event.
With a fruitful session that resulted in upscaling the knowledge and association of distributors with
Mobis, an award ceremony was organised to acknowledge the efforts and hard work of our
distributors in growing Hyundai Genuine Parts & Accessories business. All the achievers were
felicitated with the award and gift for performing commendable job. The jam-packed session
ended with international dance performances and gala dinner.
Second day of itinerary was set for leisure & sightseeing with all travel arrangements. A much
appreciated feedback was received from Distributors on business sessions & event as whole.

PARTS & ACCESSORIES MANAGERS CONFERENCEThis year, Parts & Accessories Managers Conference was conducted in two beautiful locations, Mussoorie for North & West Region and Vizag for South & East Region in the month of July.
The agenda for this year’s conference was to educate the participants on parts & accessories, business process and provide them professional training.
A separate session was organised for Parts Managers and Accessories Managers to provide in-depth knowledge related to their field. There was a huge participation with 394 managers from PAN India. A fully accessorised Hyundai Venue became the showstopper which gathered a lot of attention by the participants and the queries related to accessories were acknowledeged by the MIN representatives.
A separate session for distributor parts managers was also arranged to give them special attention and help them understand our business process effectively.
Day 1 of the event was dedicated to easy check-ins and sightseeing followed by Welcome dinner for the guests. Day 2 was jam-packed sessions by MIN representatives which was helpful, knowledgeable and an effective session as stated by the participants. The session was followed by a group photo. Award ceremony was arranged to felicitate the top performers and the celebrations were continued with performances & gala dinner. On Day 3, Distributor specific conference was set-up to help Distributor Parts Managers gain better insight of our business process.
Overall the event was a grand success with positive feedback by the participants on location, event and hospitality. Here are the glimpses of the event.

RETAILER MEET 2019
Every year, Mobis India organises Retailer Meets in different cities to ensure a healthy and
flourishing relations with our Distributors and Retailer Network. This year, the meet began with our
distributor – Triumph Mobis , Haryana and its retailer network.
Conducted on 22nd May 2019, the event hosted a feast of information, entertainment activities,
awards ceremony and felicitation to Distributor Principal Mr. Manu Gupta which altogether looked
every bit like a festival. The event took place at one of the most beautiful hotels in Gurgaon , WESTIN
that oozes luxury and elegance. The ballroom observed the presence of 135 superheroes from
Gurgaon, Karnal and Hisar.
Mr. Ram Kumar (Group Head, Sales & Marketing) shared company's vision and further plans.
Mr. Manu Gupta (Distributor Principal, TRIUMPH Mobis) shared his association with Mobis and
aftermarket network. Distributor Testimonial Video was played sharing the journey of our distributor
with Mobis and the support given by various departments. Mr. Mayank Sinha (HOD, Network
Enhancement) shared his brief plan with retailers which was highly appreciated by the guests.
Mobis also felicitated our distributor principal, Mr. Manu Gupta for his active performance in
growing Hyundai Genuine Parts & Accessories business.
Top 9 retailers of Gurgaon, Karnal and Hisar region were awarded for their best performance and
high sales. Our guests were actively engaged in various interactive games, dance performances
and activities. A dedicated platform for accessories display grabbed many eyeballs and Mobis
distributed Hyundai Genuine Accessories as a token of remembrance to the participants. The event
was concluded with cocktail dinner and a group photograph to capture the successful event.

Marketing Collaterals
To support our sales network and ensure that they stay updated of new content, Hyundai Mobis keeps on developing collaterals and promotional materials in the form of Leaflets, Standees, Banners, Backdrops and Posters which are shared with Dealers and Distributors on regular basis. Collaterals are the means through which company establishes a brand awareness and sends out brand communication to the outside world. This year, we shared several collaterals with different message.
1) Collaterals for Events:E-copies of the collaterals were shared with sales network consisting posters, standees, backdrop & banner which can be utilised by them during Retailer Meets & Mechanic meets for creating brand awareness about Mobis.
2) Collaterals for Mobile App:Collaterals like Standees and Posters with scannable QR code for Android & iOS platforms were shared as electronic copies to download mobile applications “Hyundai Genuine Accessories” directly on the mobile phones. These collaterals help in promoting and increasing awareness about the range of Hyundai Genuine Accessories. You can download the app, add accessories in your wish list and generate an enquiry at the nearest dealership.

Mechanic MeetEvents play a vital role in building association among the participants through a common objective. Our Sales network involves themselves in regular Mechanic Meets to induce a strong association between them and the mechanics. It is essential for mechanics to understand the importance of Hyundai Genuine Parts & Accessories as they are our real influencers for the outside market.
An end customer tends to believe the mechanic who regularly services his Hyundai car and hence it becomes crucial for him to know why it is essential to choose Hyundai Genuine Parts & Accessories for the optimum performance of his car.
This year, our Sales network has conducted nearly 70 Mechanic Meets so far. The objective of the meet is to communicate and understand the needs of the mechanics and end customer.

HMIL Mega service camp was conducted with humongous participation during the camp period in Udaipur on 17th March 2019. Fully accessorised Santro was displayed during the camp in Udaipur to promote Hyundai Genuine accessories in the market.
HMIL Mega customer meet was conducted on 11th May 2019 in Jaipur where Hyundai Genuine accessories were displayed and promoted during the event. The event experienced a huge participation with 550 customers visiting the camp. The objective was met while creating awareness about the range of Genuine accessories developed by Mobis.

Hyundai Mobis motivates its dealers to promote the accessories through dedicated accessories display counter at their showroom. This results in awareness about the range of accessories and direct counter sales.
A well-maintained accessories display counter also promotes the accessories business in the market. We have few dealerships which have highly organised Accessories counter at their showroom.

CEO VISITHyundai Mobis CEO, Mr. Chung Kook Park visited Mobis India on 28th June 2019 to understand the business process and approach of Indian market. Our CEO visited the PDCs and Head office where presentations were given by each department, sharing their activities and plans ahead. The visit was concluded with a group photo to capture the moment.
