b.) Ballroom Evaluation*Kathlyn gave all staff and pastors present in the ballroom event a SWOT form to complete.
*Finance must separate the ticket and shirt sales to be able to determine the total gross profit
of the ballroom. This is important in the evaluation of the event.
*Pastor Reuel pointed out that future fundraisers that will incur less expense include:
- Hosting a Raffle Event
- Holding a Pre-CI service with offering
*Pastor Ces emphasized the need for clear goals for the future events. The Ballroom event did
not have clear goals. Finance only talked about raising $800.
c.) CI Shirts Distribution Plan
*Finance will assign and coordinate with a representative per church, including groups in other
states. The representative will be in charge of promoting the shirt in the church and takingorders.
*Each church/representative will receive a sample shirt by next week (Oct. 23rd) to be used for
promotion.
*Each church/representative must sell at least 10 shirts by Thanksgiving.
*St. Johns Youth will reimburse Ate Danelle for costs of shipping shirts to churches outside IL.
*Finance must try to reach out to other churches with Filipino groups and ask support through
buying shirts.

d.) Grants Update
*Danelle appointed Adrian as the person in charge for the grants.
*Adrian must work with Tito Pong.

*Pastor Cerna has been in touch with the grant committee, who has asked for more details
about the grant application.

-NCJ Grant
* Tito Pong is the treasurer of NCJ FAA so Adrian must ask him the requirements for a grant
for CI. Did we get any for this year? Can we secure one for next year?
e.) Loucon Payment (Deadline: October 26th)
*Deposit needed is $2,000.
*Payment must be sent on Saturday, October 22nd, along with the Reservation Form that Zeph
will send to Danelle.
*We hope to receive the registration fees of the people who has preregistered to pay Loucon.

*Each committee must submit their budget requests next meeting*We must allocate money for food for the next meeting
*Finance will allocate money as well for the Ocular visit.
*Pastor Ces suggested that for next year, finance must consider asking parents/adults for CI
sponsorship. As parents invest on the delegates, they will become interested and connected to
the event.

CODE of CONDUCT
North Central-Southeastern Jurisdiction, Christmas Institute 2011
All delegates, leaders, staff, and visitors must abide to these guidelines throughout Christmas Institute.
These codes of conduct must be followed to keep a safe place for everyone, as well as to make the most
of our camp.
GOLDEN RULE: treat others the way ysou want to be treated.
PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITIES: everyone is expected to attend activities on time
and participate accordingly. Notify CI staff or leaders if unable to do so. Dont forget to
bring your Bible.
RESPECT PROPERTY AND SPACE: keep away from other delegates belongings and
personal space; be mindful of your belongings, camp is not responsible for any loss items.
NO DANGEROUS/ILLEGAL ITEMS ALLOWED: there is a no drug; no smoking policy
and alcohol products are prohibited on site at all times. Firearms are not allowed on camp at
any time.
OBSERVE QUIET HOURS AND LIGHTS OUT: everyone is to be in his or her assigned
cabin at designated time. Please be respectful of those already resting and keep noise level
down.
CABIN CHECKS AT THE END OF CAMP: respect Loucon Training and Retreat Center:
its facilities, furnishings and grounds. Cost for any repairs for damage will be charged to
respective delegates responsible. Keep facilities and grounds clean: pick up trash and replace
all furniture to its original position.
Keep Calm and Carry onthe LOVE of God: Keep an Open Mind, most importantly,
Open Heart.
