STRENGTH AND BALANCEThis class focuses on improving balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility. A variety of equipment and techniques will be utilized in this class to challenge every individual.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONINGMondays, Wednesdays and Fridays focus on speed, agility and cardiovascular conditioning. Tuesdays and Thursdays focus on strength and flexibility.
