We have greater incentive to fi nd you water. After all, the deeper we drill the more you save. If steel casing or special remedies are required, we pay for the increased cost instead of you. Either way, you know exactly what you will pay up front even if we ended up needing to drill deeper to fi nd adequate water for you. This option includes 1 full year for managed well care and warranty extended to cover labor.

With any other pay as you go plan you have signifi cant uncertainty:

1. With a price per foot you pay for the drilling regardless of the outcome.2. With a price per foot your costs could vary based on casing materials and depth to bedrock.3. Your pump system costs could vary based on the depth required to achieve water.4. Although every Miller Well Drilling System carries a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty on parts; you will have to pay

for your own managed well care if you want to extend the warranty coverage to labor during the fi rst year.
