� Eyes Closed throughout the practice

� Focus only on Listening to instructions and following them

� Perfection on posture is NOT the focus – Maintaining inner awareness and not letting mind wander is important.

� Slow , continuous , steady movements

� Awareness on blood circulation, nerve impulses , heart beat etc. ( Internal)

� Preferably practice in the evening after getting back from work - before dinner.
