Master Double Degree Programmes
WHAT IS DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAMME?!
During 1 single study cycle you have a chance to obtain 2 diplomas: diploma of your homeuniversity and of the partner university
1 year stay at partner university with full recognition of courses that are included in the plan of a give double degree programme
During study at partner university student has same rights and obligations as other studentsof this university and maintains rights and obligations of SGH (which means that he can stillreceive social or other scholarships if he/she was eligible for that before leave)
On the basis of the DD agreement student is waived from fees at partner university. Ifhe/she pays fee at home university student still needs to pay it while abroad.
Possibility of receiving Erasmus+ grant for the period of study abroad (under conditio that SGH receives sufficient amount of grant for a given academic year)
Selection to DD is done separately for each programme and takes place beyond the online application system of International Centre

In double degree programmes student writes just 1 master thesis the preparation of which involves both partner
institutions. The table below shows in which programmes student has a free choice of master thesis and those in
which students need to write in a certain institution. Student when choosing university where he/she will write the
thesis will have to obey this institution’s rules of writing the thesis.

Official TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS for the courses done during bachelorstudies (incl. those that are not yet finished)
LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE [CNJO comptence test, commercial certificate from the list of recognised certificates – information on the DD website]
First draft of the study programme (preferred field of study/study path, list of academic interests, etc.)
Copy of bachelor’s diploma [if already available] + picture
