We Celebrate Our Lady of Grace This Week
On Wednesday of this week, May 30th, we will
have a special Mass at St. Luke Church at 7:00 p.m. to
celebrate and honor Our Lady of Grace. As you know,
since being appointed pastor I have made a special effort
to celebrate and honor all the wonderful church
communities, St. Lawrence, Our Lady of Grace, and
St. Luke, that now constitute our Parish of Our Lady of
Guadalupe. We honor Our Lady of Grace during the
month of May, the month of Mary. At this special Mass
we will also bless the beautiful stained-glass windows
that were transferred from Our Lady of Grace Church to
St. Luke Church earlier this year. After Mass we will
treat ourselves with an Ice Cream Social with all the
delicious toppings. Remember we are one parish and
one family of faith, with one Lord, Jesus Christ, and one
Mother in Heaven, our Blessed Mother Mary. We also
never forget and we honor the traditions and families
who built up and spread our Catholic Faith in our
community throughout the years. Please spread the
word and invite family and friends to this special Mass.
Blessed Mother Mary, under the titles of Our Lady of
Guadalupe and Our Lady of Grace, pray for us and help
us to grow close to your Son as one family of faith.
God Bless you and your family, Father Vince
Dios te bendiga a ti y a tu familia, Padre Vicente

Stewardship Heirloom “The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are chil-dren of God, and if children then heirs, heirs of God and joint
heirs with Christ…” - ROMANS 8:16-17 If we are heirs to the kingdom of God, shouldn’t we work to
build up His kingdom? Shouldn’t we be good Stewards of our inheritance, using our time in prayer, our talent in charitable
works and our treasure to care for the Church that God has left to us? Our Church is a treasured heirloom from God. Do we treat it
that way?
