• Autism: autism, autism/MLD, autism SLD• Medical Conditions: epilepsy, medical• LD: dyslexia, dyspraxia, GLD, MLD, SLD, SPLD• Sensory Impairment: speech& language, visually
impaired, hearing impaired• PD: cerebral palsy, downs syndrome & physical
disability• EB: behaviour and emotional & behavioural
difficulty.

Care Service
• Warnings:– Not all children in Lincolnshire– Not all children had a postcode that could be
mapped– Not all children had a specified disability.
