Attachment Recognition SystemMRT Easy is equipped with a recognition system that detects and analyses the attachment and providesthe correct load charts. Technology gives simplicity.

Accessories• TILTING FORK CARRIAGE: equipped with forks that meet

the FEM classification (ISO2328), it suits all palletised loadhandling tasks. Options: load backrest, fork extension, sideshift carriage etc.

The choice of a platform to suit yourrequirementsThe MRT Easy is easily equipped with platforms orpendular type platforms arms, allowing working heightsof up to 20 m (4-metre, 1000 kg platform) or 27 m(Aerial Jib 2 pendular platform). You can multiply theapplications in total confidence: lifting of personnel forbuilding and renovation work, industrial maintenance,bridge maintenance (3D negative pendular accessplatform) and infrastructure tasks.

Storage of maximum movement speeds

According to the working situation and the type of work, youare able to store the maximum movement speeds of allactivating parts of the boom.

You store up to four sets of parameters : this allows youto maintain the safety of your movements.

High performancestabilizationNew generation stabilizersThe MRT Easy has MANITOU-designed stabilizers guaranteeing perfect stabilization,irrespective of the terrain. With their ample bearing surface (4 x 4 m), they adaptto all terrains to provide maximum stability.

Stabilization is controlled by measuring the pressure exerted by the pads on theground. The machine is thus levelled in total safety, even on steep slopes.

Quick to positionThe stabilizers are quick and easy to position. At asingle touch, you can deploy them simultaneously orindividually.

Automatic levelling(option)Once the pads are touching the ground, with a singlebutton, you can automatically level the machine in thehorizontal position. You save time, irrespective of theterrain.

Compact stabilizersWhen the stabilizers are retracted in the travel position,they remain within the machine’s working envelope. Onsite however, you can move around without fully retractingthe pads.

Thesteering cylinders positioned on the top are naturallyprotected from shock. Moreover, the steering axles areequipped with epicyclic gears, thus multiplying the torqueon the wheels whilst reducing the internal stresses.

High loading capacity360° Load Chart!The MRT Easy lifts the same load, irrespectiveof the position of the turret, allowing your workto progress more rapidly.

Reliable, safe brakingWhatever the load you can brake with precision.The MRT Easy is equipped with self-adjustingoil-bath multi-disc brakes, located insidethe drive unit. The maximum braking capacityis always spread between all 4 brakes.A negative action hydraulic parkingbrake also stops the machine under allcircumstances. The entire braking systemrequires minimal maintenance. It is perfectlyprotected inside the drive units.

Load state monitoringsystem

Eliminate all risk of overloading!The MRT Easy is equipped with a Load State MonitoringSystem (CEC system), similar in every respect to thatused on mobile cranes. It continually analyzes theposition and state of the load and the machine’sworking configuration, and compares all the datawith loading diagrams contained in its memory. Whenit reaches its capacity limit, it automatically cuts theaggravating movements. The system eliminates therisk of overloading the machine. It ensures the safetyof the driver and other site personnel.

Display your machine’soperating parameters at anytime!The MRT Easy keeps you permanently informedof the state of the machine: identification of themachine’s operating modes (stabilized, frontal ontyre, rotation etc.), identification of equipment,alphanumeric LCD working data display andhydraulic movement speed selection.

Auto-diagnosisThe MRT Easy’s load state monitoringsystem has its own special auto-diagnosisprogramme. It allows you to check on thescreen the state of all the componentsconnected to the load monitoring system.In the event of an erroneous reading, thisdevice switches to safe state and preventsall movements in order to facilitate thediagnosis. The suspect sensor is displayedon the screen in order to minimize themachine’s immobilization time.
