An opportunity for you to share ideas, trends, ideas,
methodology, thinkers, or a new resource or book.
Sharing the Latest Trends
Work in small groups. Each person has up to 10 minutes
to present their idea and for colleagues, to ask questions
and explore these.
Jot ideas on post its and stick these under the latest
trends heading on the wall.
Building Your Influence
• Understand your audience
• Have a clear strategy
• Give clear messages/communication
• Build key connections
• Be the expert/be credible
• Be authentic
• Have courage
Building Your InfluenceYou will work in groups of four people (all people from different
organisations to your own).
Consider the following questions:
• What would I like to do next within my organisation to build my
influence?
• What, if anything, is stopping me?
• Who else should I involve?
• What actions should I take?
You each have around 12 minutes to explore your issues, ask
questions and come up with ideas and solutions for moving
forward on ideas.
