Madrasa M&E System
Madrasa Resource Centre (MRC) ECD programme in East Africa – aim to increase access to and
retention of children in marginalized communities at preschool to primary school.
The M&E in MRC aims – “to systematically track progress,
evaluate outcomes and document Madrasa ECD programme milestones through participatory process”.
Community based Monitoring & Evaluation
Is the process of involving key stakeholders in monitoring and evaluating community initiatives at preschool and cluster level through participatory methods and tools in order: – to track progress and
achievements; – assess results and – likelihood of achieving the
desired impact
