1. Call to Order The Chair called the meeting to order at 8:34 AM.
2. Roll Call ☒ Roll call was done with all members present. A quorum was declared. Staff members present: John Poche Lea Wroten Theresa Doan
3. Public Comment was allowed on request before any action item.
4. Regular Business: a. The minutes from the October 15, 2018 meeting were reviewed.
☒ There were no corrections. Motion was made by Mr. Roche', seconded by Mr. Jones. Without objection, the motion passed unanimously.
5. New Business: a. Clemency hearings: The Board conducted 23 clemency hearings.
6. Other Business:
Administrative review of clemency applications: The Board reviewed and considered 22 applications for clemency.
7. Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned on motion by Ms. Ranatza at 7:14 pm.
