P R E L I M I N A R Y S U B M I S S I O N
Roof drainage system is one of the important system in the building structure in order to drain roof water away from entering the roof structure. Gutter drain is one of the signle most important parts of drainage system and also moisture control system. It direct roof water away from house and help to reduce the amount of rain water entering the soil at the foundation and limits the soil expansion and contraction.
Basically, the rainwater shed by sloping roof will be caught by the gutters along the roof eave which later gutter empty into vertical downpipes that, in turn, discharge into a dry well or storm sewer system.
Gutter bracket are screwed to rater tails up high to prevent water enter the roof struc-ture . It is important that gutter is placed below the roof slope line so that the roof water can slide free. Besides, how the gutter been sit and connected to the roof system is essential in preventing water entering the building.
