We celebrate our minds today

And wonder at the rising sun

Let reason reign and guide our way

While dogma causes us dismay

Freethought makes us happy heathen

We celebrate our minds today

We boldly enter to the fray

To solve our problems as human

Let reason reign and guide our way

What beauty is a mind at play

It serves to all as a beacon

We celebrate our minds today

No more will our minds become prey

To charlatans or to demons

Let reason reign and guide our way

We humanists are here to stay

A better world is our vision
