Research clearly identifies that effective leadership is the most important determinant of healthy, vibrant communities.
We have been providing an environment where leaders grow, learn and build their leadership capacity since 1983.
Take a group of women and men who have already demonstrated leadership in their communities in Wisconsin.
Expose them to people, ideas and issues they would not otherwise encounter.
Arrange for them to travel to other parts of our state, our country & the world to broaden their perspective.
Give them the analytical tools to make sound decisions.
Sharpen their communication skills and connect them to a growing network of leaders.
For nearly 30 years we’ve been fostering a
stimulating and challenging environment from which visionary, yet pragmatic leaders have
emerged.
