9 June 2011 TO: All Organizations, Fraternities and Sororities RE: Schedule of Leadership Training Seminars
Warm greetings of solidarity!
The University Student Council (USC) stands as the highest representative
institution of students of the University of the Philippines-Diliman. The USC represents the students within and outside the university and has the proud and historic tradition of active involvement in the struggle to defend the rights and interests of the students and Filipino people.
The Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) is a requirement of the Office of the Student Activities (OSA) for the recognition of organizations, fraternities and sororities yearly conducted by the USC. It will be held on June 15 to 18, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. tentatively at Vinzon’s Hall Rooftop. Your organization, fraternity and sorority must send at least two to three officers as representatives in one LTS session to satisfy the recognition
requirement. But it is encouraged that all of your officers attend the LTS. Please confirm the date and time of the LTS session your organization, fraternity
or sorority will attend and the number of representatives you will send. For queries, please contact the undersigned.
