NeighborhoodThe Property is adjacent to Festiva, formerly Celebration World Resort, a timeshare resort with three story condominium style buildings. It is across the street from the Mystic Dunes Resort, which is centered around a golf course, and has a variety of lodging style. Developed by Pulte in the last cycle, today it continues to bring in builders, most recently K Hovnanian, which plans an active adult community.
To the north of the Property, a new town home project, Summer-ville, has broken ground.
