SEROLOGICAL WATER BATH

Category : Baths

Double wall construction, inner being made out of highly polished thick stainless steel and outer made out of thick mild steel sheet finished in stoving white enamel paint or staple mat colour combinations. The gap is filled with special glass wool for temp. insulation. The bath is provided with the drain cock to easily drainout the water and clean the chamber when required. A pyramidal shaped cover is provided.

Immersion type heating elements are fitted at bottom. Temp. range 5o C above

ambient to 80o C with accuracy + 0.5

oC to 1

oC is controlled by capillary thermostat

regulated by a graduated knob on the panel, which is also provided with pilot lamp etc.

WATER BATH INCUBATOR SHAKER (Metabolic Shaking Incubator)

Useful for studies on tissue metabolism, enzymes and protein coagulation and other experiments

demanding shaking at constant speed under controlled temperature conditions.

Double walled construction, inner chamber made out of thick highly polished stainless steel sheet and outer made out of thick mild steelduly finished in stoving enamel paint. The lid is made of stainless steel. The gap between the two chambers filled with glass wool to prevent loss of heat.

HOT PLATES


Laboratory hot plates are available in round and rectangular shapes. Body is fabricated out of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in stoving enamel paint. The hot plate made of cast iron, nicely & Precisely machined & smoothed duly finished in heat resistant black paint is firmly mounted on the body. Heavy duty heating elements are securely layed under the plate to operate on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase. Temp. is controlled by a three-heat rotary switch along with an indicator lamp for the mains and cord & plug.

INCUBATOR B.O.D. (BIO-CHEMICAL OXYGEN DEMAND)


Designed for low temperature incubation and routine determination of

Bio-Chemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D.). Double wall construction. Inner

chamber made of richly anodized aluminium or highly polished stainless

steel sheet with self supports for wide rangeofshelfspacing. Supplied

with two/three removeable perforated shelves.

Exterior made out of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in white stoving enable paint or pastle mat finish colour combinations. Outer double wall door is provided with magnetic gasket and lock & key arrangement. Inner door made out of clear acrylic sheet allowing inspection of material in the chamber without disturbing the chamber temperature.

Door operated inner illumination has been provided. The gap between walls of equipment are filled with glass wool for temp. insulation. The cabinet is mounted on castors.

Temperature is controlled by a sensitive thermostat from 5oC to

50oC + 1

oC. For lower temp. working a standard cooling unt with a

sealed compressor with protective devices has been provided below the chamber for safe and efficient working. Heating arrangement has been made within the chamber for higher temp. working.

The temp. can be regulated within the range by means of a high precision double action thermo regulator. Inner air circulating system is provided to achieve uniform temperature in the whole chamber.
