1 Basic

Basic Telephony Services with Supplementary Services (Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Three-Party
conference, Abbreviated Dialing, Do Not Disturb, CLIP, CLIR, Priority Class , Call Transfer, Call Hold,
Hotline, Call Hunting, Payphone)
2 IP Centrex IP Centrex is an IP based Centrex system that provide PBX-like features to subscribers. The IP Centrex
solution must be able to group multiple subscribers, support real-time video communication, support
text communications, support file transfer service, support video clip sharing, picture sharing, audio clip
sharing. The IP Centrex solution shall use the centralized address book as the users common address
book.
3 MMTel The new 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) / next-generation networking (NGN) Multimedia
Telephony (MMTel) global standard, which is based on the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), offers
converged, fixed and mobile real-time multimedia services that allow users to communicate through
voice, video and chat. It also allows users to share image files and video clips.
4 Voice & Video
Conferencing
At least 8 parties per voice conference group shall be supported.
At least 6 parties per video conference group shall be supported.At the minimum, one of the following codecs must be supported
- ITU-T Recommendation H.263 Profile 3 Level 45
- MPEG-4 (Part 2) Visual Simple Profile Level 3
- ITU-T Recommendation H.264 / MPEG-4 (Part 10) AVC
5 Chatting The chat application is the common text messaging service for IMS System which also support other
communication applications including MMTel and IP Centrex.
The chat application shall support chat Emoticon.

6 Presence The Presence system is an enabler for providing Presence status to other IMS applications
The Presence system shall be integrated to other applications, allowing the presence status to be
changed from an IMS application and update to all other IMS applications.
7 Centralized
address book,
group & list
management
Centralized address book, group & list management (CABGL) is a common address book to be used by
all other applications
The CABGL shall be integrated with Presence, where presence status of user in the address book is to be
updated according to the status on Presence system.
8 SIP Trunking The IMS System shall support SIP Trunking service, which allows IP-PBX to be connected to IMS network
via SIP protocol.
The SIP trunking service should provide features similar to PRI interface for PBX (DID, one stage outgoing
call, etc.)
Service development environment
The bidder is invited to describe the service development environment for 3rd
party developers or TELKOM staff in order to quicklyand cost efficiently develop additional applications addressing local needs and interests.
Compliance to relevant standards such as Java EE and JSR289
Service composition functionality such as legacy SIP AS, SCIM and IM-SSF
Service development environment and development tools
Service composition integration with O&M and charging systems
Supported interfaces such as ISC, SOAP, PARLAY X etc.
Service composition references in commercial networks
