Case 1
A 38-year-old woman presented with a lump in her left breast noticed 15 days earlier.
On examination: 3 x 2 cms. mass, mobile
Bone scan- no mets
FNA: Ductal carcinoma, breast
An MRM was performed.
Case 2
A 79 year old woman presented with a 1.5 x 1 cms. lump in the left breast for which a wide local excision had been performed elsewhere.
Case 3 A 75 year old woman presented with a lump in
the breast of 1 months’ duration.
On examination: 4x4 cms. mass with peau d’orange
Clinical stage: T4b N1 M0
FNA: Duct carcinoma
4 cycles of neoadjuvant CT were delivered, followed by a right modified radical mastectomy.
Case 4
A 79 year old female presented with a lump in
the left breast which was excised.
