Stacey Bowling is CEO of Ngenuity Worx, a technology and management
consulting company. After attending MIT, Stacey embarked on a career in
information technology and has held many positions including programmer,
business systems analyst, help desk manager, project manager, data analyst,
IT manager and consultant. She has consulted for Fortune 500 companies and
non-profits. As a consultant she was recognized for her ability to work with
executives to clarify strategic goals and define actionable objectives, as well
as serving as project manager for multiple multi-million dollar projects. Her
technology related specialties include business intelligence, analysis, data,
QA, requirements specification, systems design and product management, and
she has worked in industries as diverse as retail, financial services, staffing,
education and logistics. The former Director of Training for the State of Indiana
and Certified Master Facilitator has a compelling communication style that is
certain to engage, educate and entertain audiences of all age groups. Her
sessions on Team Building, Conflict Resolution and Diversity in the Workplace
have drawn rave reviews from corporate clients. And her personal story and

Sherri Hammons
CTO, Beeline
Sherri Hammons is one of the most accomplished women in
Colorado’s technology field. From leading both product and
technology for the merger of Beeline and IQNavigator, heading up
technology as Chief Technology Officer for Colorado’s Office of
Information Technology (OIT) to her earlier roles as a senior
executive at PaySimple and Abacus/Doubleclick. She has been a
true innovator and a respected leader in each phase of her career.
Hammons’ reputation as an effective technology officer originated
with her work at Abacus and then as CTO of Colorado-based
PaySimple. Sherri later joined the Hickenlooper administration to
become Chief Technology Officer for the Governor’s Office of
Information Technology. Hammons tackled this new role with the
same sharp strategic vision, commitment to innovation and
effective leadership that made her so successful in prior roles. She
has won numerous national awards and is an in-demand speaker.

As an influential, bilingual woman leader, coach and corporate consultant
with a global experience, Pat uses her extensive experience to lead high-
impact culture change while retaining valuable talent. She works with
diverse teams in financial services, IT, retail and pharmaceuticals
delivering results through targeted leadership development, assessment-
based coaching, and focused team mobilization.
Pat holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University,
a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree, both in Education from City University
of New York. She is certified in several well-known assessments including
EQi2.0® and EQi360®, Crucial Conversations®, FIRO-B® and the Birkman®.
A recipient of the Society of Emotional Intelligence Ambassador Award,
she is a well-regarded EI coach. She is a contributor to the Professional
Women’s Network (PWN) 2017 Anthology with the acclaimed chapter,
