Stuart Bradie assumed the role of President and CEO at KBR Inc. in 2014. Drawing from 30 years of industry experience, he leads KBR from its global
headquarters in Houston, Texas.
Under Stuart’s leadership, KBR has executed a deliberate and strategic plan to transform into a global provider of differentiated solutions, professional services and technologies. Over the past six years, consistent strategic and commercial discipline, investment in and integration of highly strategic mergers and acquisitions, development of disruptive proprietary technologies, and deliberate portfolio diversification — particularly in high-end government and technology solutions — have resulted in predictable, sustainable growth and increasing profit and cash streams. Stuart established and drives KBR’s Zero Harm culture, which focuses on employee safety and social and environmental sustainability.
Before joining KBR, Stuart led global operations in more than 40 countries as Group Managing Director – Operations and Delivery for WorleyParsons Ltd. Prior to that, he held Managing Director and Country Manager roles with PT Kvaerner Indonesia and Kvaerner Philippines.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Aberdeen University and a Master of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University.
Joining KBR in 2017, Mark Sopp serves as KBR’s Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. Throughout his tenure, Mark has been instrumental in driving the
company’s capital deployment strategy, optimizing its capital structure, transforming
systems and driving efficiency in business processes, and focusing the organization around
a Cash Is King culture. Mark also serves as the Executive Sponsor for IMPACT, KBR’s employee
group focused around career and professional development.
Mark brings many years of leadership experience to KBR. He served as Chief Financial Officer
and Executive Vice President for Leidos Holdings, Inc. and Science Applications International
Corporation, served as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of KeyW Corporation, and
held various executive positions with Titan Corporation.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from New Mexico State University and
completed the executive program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
Alison VasquezVice President, Investor Relations
Alison Vasquez brings more than 20 years of experience to KBR and leads
investor relations and financial planning and analysis. Alison joined
KBR in 2016 with responsibility for transforming the corporate audit
organization before assuming her current role in 2018.
Prior to joining KBR, Alison led the audit groups of Noble Corp plc and Energy Transfer and began
her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and PwC. Alison is a graduate of the
University of Texas at Austin and is passionate about the community in which she lives.
Alison currently serves on the Board of Trustees of The Regis School of the Sacred Heart, and has
previously served as an adjunct professor at the Jones Graduate School of Business at
Rice University and as a member of the Audit Committee and Advisory Board of
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston.
Byron BrightPresident, Government Solutions U.S.
Byron Bright, President of KBR’s U.S. Government Solutions business, joined KBR in
2010. During his tenure, Byron has served in multiple senior leadership roles and led
the successful integration of KBR’s U.S. Government Solutions business, delivering top-
tier organic growth and recompete win rates. A champion of KBR’s culture of inclusion and
diversity, Byron serves as executive sponsor of ASPIRE, KBR’s employee-driven group that supports the
development and promotion of diverse professionals.
Prior to joining KBR, Byron served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force primarily working in the area of
developmental test and engineering. Following his distinguished military service, Byron gained
significant industry experience working with various aerospace and defense contractors.
Byron is a distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy, holds a master’s degree in
mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the U.S. Air
Force Test Pilot School. He has flown in more than 25 different aircraft as a flight test engineer.
Byron serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council and
was named one of Washington Technology’s Top 100 in 2020.

Pete GreenSVP, Government Solutions – Engineering
Vernon McDonald, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions for
KBR’s Government Solutions business. Throughout his career, Vernon has led
multidisciplinary teams for the strategic, systematic and purposeful integration of
science, technology and operations at all phases of the project life cycle. These teams have
delivered robust solutions in support of NASA, the European and Canadian Space Agencies,
U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, United States Special Operations Command, National
Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, U.S. Geological Survey, Defense Threat Reduction
Agency, National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation.
Vernon received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his
Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He draws upon
his expertise in strategy formulation and execution to help organizations better utilize their
existing resources in new ways and in combination with new capabilities through strategic
partnerships with academic, commercial and federal institutions. Vernon has extensive
technical expertise and management experience in the fields of human health and
performance and space exploration.
Pete Green leads KBR’s Government Solutions Engineering business, providing full
spectrum engineering and technical solutions across the life cycle of U.S. Department
of Defense military systems on land, at sea, in the air and in space. Pete leads a
3,400-member team providing cutting-edge expertise in military aviation modernization,
missile defense and cybersecurity.
Drawing upon 35 years of experience with KBR and its heritage companies, Pete has senior
leadership expertise across general operations, strategic planning and business development.
Throughout his career, Pete has served in a broad array of roles including chief pilot, systems
engineer and program manager. For more than 15 years, he served as a contract test pilot
supporting the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.
Pete is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science in
physics. He also earned a Master of Science from the University of Southern California in systems
management and holds an executive management certification from the Darden School of
Business at the University of Virginia. He serves on the board of directors of the National Defense
Industrial Association.

Rob Hawketts is Vice President of KBR Government Solutions
in the Asia-Pacific region.
With over 25 years of experience spanning a broad range of senior and executive
leadership appointments across the defense sector and the project and engineering
services industry, Rob has extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development,
leadership and general management. He has led and delivered significant growth across
numerous consulting, engineering and maintenance services businesses involved in a wide range
of defence projects, from management and engineering consulting to large-scale
equipment procurement and sustainment programs.
Rob served as an officer in the Australian Army for 15 years and enjoyed a range of command,
training and staff appointments in Australia, the U.K. and Germany. Rob is a graduate of the
Australian Army Officer Training School, the Royal Military College of Science (U.K.), the University of
New England, the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of NSW) and the AICD,
and he holds a BSc and Military petroleum engineering qualification.
Andrew Barrie leads KBR’s Government Solutions business in Europe, the Middle
East and Africa, which provides solutions to large-scale, complex and novel
customer challenges — sometimes in remote and austere locations. This diverse
business unit has an enviable backlog and generates healthy margins.
For the past 18 years, Andrew’s focus has been the defense sector and he has been integral
to KBR’s growth and diversification in the sector in recent years. Among other leadership roles,
Andrew was part of the team negotiating and successfully concluding the award of the Aspire
Defence PFI contract, at the time the largest U.K. Infrastructure PFI contract in history. He also
played a key sponsor role in the award of the Affinity MFTS Fixed Wing Aircraft PFI. His early career
was in the energy, infrastructure and renewables sectors.
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Kingston University London,
a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, and is a graduate
of the Royal College of Defence Studies.

Ella StuderSVP, Government Solutions – Logistics
Ella Studer leads KBR’s Logistics business that boasts annual revenues greater than
$1 billion. This portfolio includes base support, infrastructure and engineering services,
maintenance of prepositioned stocks with equipment and materiel on land and afloat,
as well as contingency response operations.
Before joining KBR, Ella retired from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) after 26 years of service, where
she was the senior executive leading DLA Enterprise Support and managing critical infrastructure with
a $1 billion annual budget.
Ella is also a proud veteran and served as an aerospace ground equipment technician in the U.S.
Air Force and the Ohio Air National Guard. She received her Master of Science in national resource
strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, and a Bachelor
of Science in business management from Malone College.
Ella is passionate about supporting local communities and she serves as the First Vice Chair of the
Board of Trustees of the American University of Afghanistan.
Todd MaySVP, Government Solutions – Space & Mission Solutions
Todd May leads KBR’s Government Solutions Space & Mission Solutions business.
Culminating a 28-year career, Todd retired from NASA as the director of the Marshall
Space Flight Center. In this role, he led one of NASA’s largest field installations, with
approximately 6,000 civil service and contractor employees, an annual budget of more than
$3 billion, and a broad spectrum of human spaceflight, science and technology development missions.
Throughout his distinguished career at NASA, Todd held numerous program management and leadership
positions, including program manager of the Space Launch System, deputy associate administrator in the
Science Mission Directorate at NASA headquarters, program manager of the Discovery and New Frontiers
robotic exploration programs, and program manager of the Lunar Precursor Robotics Program.
A native of Fairhope, Alabama, Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering from Auburn
University. His accolades include NASA’s Exceptional Achievement Medal, Outstanding Leadership Medal,
Distinguished Service Medal and the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive. Todd also serves on
the board of directors of the American Astronautical Society and the boards of Arts Huntsville and
the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce.
