Eat Healthy + Move More = Perform BetterMounting stress and more demands on your time can lead to poor eating habits, failure to exercise, lack of sleep and depleted energy. High levels of stress result in reduced productivity employee absenteeism and companies feeling the impact on their bottom line.
In this session, Chris will cover how to overcome these challenges, increase energy and create positive change, as well as how to achieve the two Qs and the three C’s of positive physical and mental health.
Chris has authored several books including her healthy cookbook, Choose This! and her Get Started with Clean Eating e-books; created dozens of fitness DVD’s; and sells her signature line of healthy kitchen and fitness products on QVC.

DIETEDIT
Real Food: Food grows and dies. It isn’t created.
Food rots, wilts, and becomes generally unappetizing, typically rather quickly.
Food doesn’t need an ingredient label (and probably isn’t in a package either).
Food doesn’t make health claims.
