White FlashWhite Flash is a more re ned Joi Choi. This full-size pac choi has stems that are more upright and heads that are less open compared to standard pac choi, making it easier to handle and less prone to breakage. A Johnny’s Exclusive.

SunpeachSunpeach, sister variety to Sun Gold, is not as tangy and acidic as its famous orange relative but is very sweet with ex-cellent avor. Deep pink, shiny cherries are borne on long trusses. It has a vigorous, healthy, high-yielding plant. Resistance to leaf mold helps it stay healthy in high tun-nels. Resistant to cracking. Indeterminate.

Salanova® Lettuce SeriesA lettuce innovation, Salanova® is a “one cut” lettuce. In our trials, yields are about twice that of direct-seeded baby leaf lettuce. Sala-nova® is grown as a head but sold as lettuce mix. Johnny’s offers a full range of varieties including butterhead, oakleaf, and frisee types. This “one-cut” lettuce represents a new level of achievement in salad mix.

Lunchbox Pepper Series This colorful lunchbox snack pepper series is remarkably sweet. The bold red, yellow, and orange organic peppers are intensely avorful and can be displayed separately or mixed at market. The lunch-box snack peppers are an immediate hit in salads and as a snack. They have tall strong plants. Bred by Johnny’s.

OpheliaOphelia is a heavy-yielding, dark-purple, Indian type eggplant. The round to egg-shaped fruits average 2½ to 3 inches long by 1¾ to 2¼ inches in diameter, and are sometimes produced in clusters of up to 3. The sturdy plants have a compact growth habit with few spines, and are adaptable for both eld and container.

PozzanoPozzano has very high, early yields of 4- to 5-ounce tomatoes with the classic San Marzano shape. It does well in the eld, but really shines in greenhouses and hoophouses. Blunt-tipped fruits have high solids and good avor that improves when cooked. High resistance to blossom end rot. Indeterminate. A Johnny’s Exclusive.

Excelsior OGExcelsior cucumber is a high-yielding, dark-green, American pickling type for greenhouse production. The blocky, nicely proportioned, 4- to-5-inch fruits have excellent avor. Vigorous, balanced plants with consistent fruit setting make for a long harvest season. Parthenocarpic and gynoecious.

Estamino OGThis strong, vigorous rootstock puts a higher proportion of energy into fruit than Maxifort or Colosus, which may be more vegetative. It is especially useful for short-term crops of large-fruited toma-toes, heirlooms, small-fruited varieties, and other scions that have high levels of vigor. It has broad disease resistance.

AvalancheAvalanche is a fancy, dark-green snow pea for summer harvest. Pods are typically harvested at 3¾ to 4 inches but may be harvested at 2½ inches for extra fancy snow peas. The vines average 36 inches and are of the semi-a la type, which produces more tendrils than typical peas. The tendrils make excellent garnishes.
