“Last Tour of the Day”

Storm clouds gather. Late afternoon light starts to fail. Staff reluctantly turn on lights so the last group to visit the new Seattle Barcelona Pavilion can suitably worship Mies’s details.

I used multiple layered renderings and Photoshop effects to achieve the atmospheric qualities of this group of images. The transition between day and night is a time of contrasts.
