PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Jiulongpo CBD new development zone, located close to metro line 5, connect-ing to other shopping districts with con-nection to CKG International Airport in 60 minutes.

Program for development zone, 100.000 m2 shopping mall/retail, two residential towers 40.000 m2, a 5* luxu-rious hotel facing South with an over-view toward the Yian river.

Underground parking system in two lev-els, another level leading to metro line 5 with access directly to shopping mall and the hotel.

The site opens up to green area inner court yard, parks, outdoor sitting and relaxing zones. Main entrances from main road and existing CDB centre.

Chongqing topography landscape is re-flected in the design taking in the natu-ral landscape into the building, were people can play and relax safely from heavy traffic, enjoying the vista points, playing different sports activities from the roof top activity zone.
