THE OFFERING
CBRE Limited – The Private Capital Group Group (“CBRE”) has been retained by 4423691 Canada Inc. (the “Vendor”) on an exclusive basis to arrange for the sale of a 100% freehold interest of Terrasses des Lilas
comprised of two commercial properties totaling 22,966 square feet of gross leasable area in Drummondville, Québec.
The Property includes:
1100-1102 and 1108-1136, Saint-Joseph Boulevard, Drummondville, Québec Renovated Lots#3 426 682 and 3 426 683 respectively, Cadastre du Québec
(the “Property” or “Asset”)
OFFERING PROCESS
CBRE has been retained by the Vendor to offer the Property on an “as is where is” basis. A tentative date to submit offers will be communicated to investors who have signed the Confidentiality Agreement (the “CA”).
The Vendor reserves the right to alter the sale process without notice and reject any and all offers received.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
A Confidential Information Memorandum (the “CIM”) and Due Diligence Website (the “DDW”) have been created to assist interested parties (collectively the “Confidential Information” or “CI”). The CIM is available online
once the CA has been completed via the Property electronic campaign received by email. For the investors who have signed the CA or completed the same online, access to the DDW will be granted by CBRE upon written
