STEP 1: Installing Anchor CleatPlace the top lip of the continuous anchor cleat squarely on the topedge of the roofing membrane and treated wood nailing plate.Press cleats securely in position and nail through the pre-punchedholes with 1-1/2" ss ring shank nails provided. For miter application, fit into corner as required to maintain a continuous anchor cleat line. Then nail at a min. 6" in each direction from the corner or closer atspecial conditions. Maintain a 1/8" gap between adjacent cleatpieces.
STEP 3: Installing Fascia End Caps and End TermsInstall the fascia end caps and end terms by hooking the drip of thefascia onto the kick out of the cleat and rotate back onto the roof.Fasten with 1-1/2" ss ring shank nails provided in each pre-punchedhole.
STEP 4: Installing Fascia Straight Lengths(For Non Polymer Clad Material)
Place a concealed joint splice in the opposite end of the installedmiter or end cap. Install the fascia by hooking the drip of the fasciaonto the kick out of the cleat and rotate back onto the roof. Fastenwith 1-1/2" ss ring shank nails provided in each pre-punched hole.Allow 1/4" gap between fascia sections for thermalexpansion. Consider lengths of all straight pieces prior to cutting toavoid creating relatively short sections of fascia adjacent to fulllength sections. When complete, skip to step 6.Note: there should be a joint splice at every joint.

STEP 2: Installing Fascia MitersLocate the miters and concealed joint splices for the appropriatecorners. Place a concealed joint splice under each end of the mitersections. Install the miter by hooking the drip of the fascia miteronto the kick out of the cleat and rotate back onto the roof. Fastenwith 1-1/2" ss ring shank nails provided in each pre-punched hole.

STEP 5: Installing Fascia Straight Lengths(For Polymer Clad Material)
Field trim the back return of the drip on the fascia length 3" andoverlap the miters or adjacent section. Install the fascia by hookingthe drip of the fascia onto the kick out of the cleat and rotate backonto the roof. Fasten with 1-1/2" ss ring shank nails provided ineach pre-punched hole. Consider lengths of all straight pieces priorto cutting to avoid creating relatively short sections of fasciaadjacent to full length sections. Laps are to be a minimum of 3".
