Indian Employment Visa:

1. Allows you to send employee to your India office.

2. To send employee to install equipment as part of a contract of supply.

3. To transfer staff who are providing know how, technical support / services for which Indian company is paying a fee.

4. Minimum salary £25k.

5. Provision in employment contract that employee will pay tax in India.

6. Maximum 5 years.

7. Entry Visa for dependants.
