that expresses a request or command.
The imperative form is only used with the 2nd person (singular and plural):
YOU
and with the 1st person plural:
You

PLURAL: Given two or group of people.
Let’s play soccer

NEGATIVE FORM
Singular:
Do not smoke !
Do + not + Base form of verb
NEGATIVE FORM
Plural: Let’s (us) not make noise !
Let + us + NOT + Base form of verb
