Youth Group Series: 129-God with Us– Tuesdays @ 6:30pm
Using 129 quotes and allusions from the Old Testament (Hebrew Scriptures), the
Gospel of Matthew wants the Jewish audience to know that Jesus is the Messi-
ah who fulfills Old Testament prophecy. This month we will look at how this gives
us confidence to put our faith in Jesus as our Savior.
Sunday School for Middle School: The Gospel Project: The Rescue Begins: The
Rescue Begins, continues the journey through the storyline of Scripture, focus-
ing on Jesus’ identity and interactions with people throughout the Gospels.
Throughout the study, students will encounter key figures and events, making
connections between what they saw in the Old Testament with what they are
now seeing in the New Testament.
Sunday School for High School: Jesus’ I AM sayings in John’s Gospel: We want
to better understand the divinity of Jesus Christ by studying the description Je-
sus gave of Himself in the “I Am” statements recorded in the Gospel of John.
SERMON SERIES Spring Sermon Series– I Want to Believe, But….It’s often difficult to believe in a
God we cannot see. We wonder why God didn’t answer our prayers, why God
allows suffering, or why we can’t feel His presence. God may not meet all your
expectations-BUT that’s good news! Find out why in the series I WANT TO BE-
LIEVE, BUT…….. Sundays @ 9:30 & 11:00am.

VBS Theme: Galactic Starveyors
VBS Motto: Searching the Visible, Discovering the Invisible
VBS Scripture: Colossians 1:15-16 –He is the image of the invisible God, the first
born over all creation. For everything was created by Him, in heaven, and on
earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or au-
thorities—all things have been created through Him and for Him.
As kids focus their telescopes on the marvels painted in the sky by the Creator,
they will discover the wonder among all wonders– that they God who created
everything there is-the knowable and the unknowable, the visible and the invisi-
ble-wants a personal relationship with them! Questions or details please contact
Melissa Winders @ 743-8718 or [email protected].
