There are 3 document categories: - Critical documents for job execution need to be available at all times (offline available)- Occasionally needed documents downloaded on request of the user- Not relevant documents no need to send them to the mobile device (not visible for the mobile user)

Enigneer needs to attach new documents to work orders, e.g.:- Photo’s of a damage- …

Application needs to attach new documents to work orders (without user interaction), e.g.:- New inspection reports- New service reports- …

This are the documents which are linked to the order and can be downloaded on request of the user.

This is a document (photo) which is added by the mobile user. This document will be uploaded to the DM system and will be attached to the work order

Indication for the user to see how big the document is and how long it will take to download the document.
