BUT, the big part of total export volume has been cumulated in
three main sectors (hazelnuts, fruits and mining) and highly
dominated by the leading companies, MEANS, - a rising domination of
the leading companies to the export of region - dramatic
competitiveness imbalance amongst the enterprises There is a
considerable level of export volume takes place in the Eastern

REASON, - Potantial SMEs has a problem about finding and
funding human resources specialized in the field of
internationalization - There is not enough suport mechanism in SME
institutions as Chambers, which provides internationalization
services. They are also lack of qualified human resources.

Trabzon Foreign Trade Center will be established for giving
sustainable internationalisation services to the region
International services system will be transfered from Spain and
adapted to Turkish Chamber system Institutional capacity of Trabzon
CCI and Ordu CCI will be developed in local, national and
international level, Staff of Trabzon CCI and Ordu CCI will be
specialized on International services by long term trainings. A
detailed guideline about Internationalization will be prepared for

15 SMEs from Turkey and 20 SMEs from Spain was benefited from
the Project Directly by being in B2B event At leats 30 negotiations
were done between SMEs from Turkey and Spain. At least 3 commercial
cooperation was done between the SMEs from Turkey and Spain. The
awareness of SMEs, from each partner countries, will be increased
