opportunities.• RespondtoWebHelpDeskservicerequestsandmaintainaccuratetasklog.• Maintain,supportandrepairtechnicalequipment,includingdesktops,laptops,printers,SMARTBoards,

projectors,A/Vequipmentandperipherals.• Installanddeploynewequipment,andperformhardware/softwareupgradesandinstallations.• Maintaincomputerharddriveimagesandregularlyre-imagemachines.• Maintainaccurateinventorydatabase.• Managingpositiverelationshipswithourtechnicalsupportprovidersandvendors.• Researchequipment,softwareorothersolutionsandrecommendimprovements.• Activelyparticipateinonlineforumsandlist-servesinsupportofFIStechnicalandstrategicgoals.
