CHAMPAGNE PIPER-HEIDSIECK France / Champagne
http://piper-heidsieck.com/
The PIPER-HEIDSIECK Maison was founded by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in
1785 and is one of the 10 oldest Maisons de champagne. It has outlived eras
and governments, survived wars, dreadful harvests and the vagaries of
winemaking, while remaining a family business. This extraordinary
resilience, demonstrated for more than 200 years by families with
determination, has made it an exceptional Maison.
The PIPER-HEIDSIECK Maison owns precious wine-growing land from the Montagne de Reims to the Côte des Bar.
However, the majority of the hundred growths used for the blending of its signature cuvée, a full bodied wine,
come from growths carefully chosen from those most representative of the diversity grown in Champagne.

DOMAINE ALBERT MOROT France / Burgundy
In 1820, Albert Morot set up his negociant business in Beaune. Following
the phyloxera epidemic, one of his successors bought its first vineyards
and built the Chateau de la Creusotte with its cellars. Over the decades
the holdings were expanded with particular emphasis on the Premier Crus
of Beaune. Between 1984 and 1999, Françoise Choppin, a great-grand-
daughter of Albert Morot, managed the Domaine. She stopped all negociant
activity in order to concentrate on its vineyards and winemaking.
In 2000 Geoffroy Choppin de Janvry (a great-nephew), who is an agronomist engineer specialised in viticulture
and oenology, took over the family estate and is carrying on the family tradition that began five generations
ago. His objective is to maintain the traditional spirit of the Domaine while being open to the new techniques
that may produce higher quality grapes and wines while maintaining the respect of "terroir". This is a small
domaine with just 8 hectares of vines over 8 appellations. The vines have an average age of 40 years and
produce grapes and wines that have different characters.

in Paris, settled in the village with his troops and his family, impregnating Pernand with a lively cultural tradition.

DE LADOUCETTE France / Loire Valley
www.deladoucette.net
One person has influenced much of the current wine reputation of
France’s Loire Valley: Patrick de Ladoucette. Having taken over his family’s
wine operations in 1972 at the young age of twenty, Baron de Ladoucette’s
energy and vision have helped to elevate the quality and prestige of Pouilly-
Fumé, Sancerre and Vouvray, worldwide. The company owns over 200 acres
of prime vineyards in these appellations and, in addition, contracts fruit from growers that meet the Baron’s
strict criterions. This combination helps de Ladoucette meet the great demand for his wines, and makes him
one of the most influential winemakers in the Loire Valley. The key to any de Ladoucette wine is quality – in the
vineyard, the winery and the bottle.

CHATEAU DURFORT VIVENS France / Bordeaux
http://www.durfort-vivens.fr/en/
Château DURFORT-VIVENS owes its name to the Durfort de Duras, a
powerful family in the South-West of France that came to Margaux in the
fourteenth century. In 1824, the Viscount of Vivens’ name was added to that
of Durfort. The estate was at the height of its fame: the 1844 vintage sold
for more than any of the other Second Crus in the Margaux appellation.
The quality of the Durfort wine began to be appreciated at the end of the eighteenth century.
Thomas Jefferson, the American ambassador in France. and future president, was a wine connoisseur and
Lafite, Latour and Margaux in his fascinating travel diaries. The 1855 ranked it directly after classification
confirmed his opinion, ranking the wine as a Second Cru Classé.
In 1937 the estate was bought by the company owning Château Margaux, whose main shareholder at that time
was the Lurton family. In 1961 Lucien Lurton, a great lover and protector of wine-producing terroirs, acquired and
restored this exceptional vineyard.

The prestige of The Greppo dates back to the 19th Century,
with the great wine culture of the family that owned this Estate,
whose terroir has an extraordinary vocation for Sangiovese.
Clemente began making wine using 100% Sangiovese and passed his
wine knowledge to his nephew Ferruccio Biondi Santi, who,
after the phyloxera came in the second half of ‘800, isolated a clone of Sangiovese that gave birth to wines of
extraordinary longevity. In 1888, Ferruccio produced the first bottle of Brunello di Montalcino.

IL MOLINO DI GRACE Italy / Tuscany
http://www.ilmolinodigrace.com/
The winery is named after a 19th century historic windmill located on the
property near the cantina. However, the viticultural history of the property
is much older: the vineyards at Il Molino di Grace have been fruitful for over 350 years. When Frank Grace first
purchased the property in 1995, there was no winery: all the grapes were sold to local producers. Using the site
of a ruined barn, Grace, together with winery manager Gerhard Hirmer, designed and built a state of the art
winery. The winery opened its doors in 1999 and today, all of our wines are estate produced and bottled using
organic materials and sustainable practices in both the vineyard and cantina.

http://www.luculo.es/
The name of our winery relates to its allegiance to Lucius Licinius Lucullus,
the great gourmet of Classical Rome (1st century BC), lover of arts and
hedonism.
The philosophy with which we began this project and which still motivates
the creation of our wines is to elaborate wines that convey the originality of
the vines grown in the very particular conditions of Baja Montaña, (Below Mountain) influenced by the climate of
the Pyrenees, introducing new nuances in the wine making and ageing to enhance the strong personality of the
Garnacha grape.
Along with the philosophy of our winery, we got to certify the elaboration process of our wines as ECOLOGICAL,
back in 2011. Aiming to keep on guarantying that our wines are elaborated in a 100% natural way, once again,
the UE authority of control CPAEN-NNPEK has certified that our ELABORATION PROCESS has been found to be in
terms with the requirements of the Reg.

It was in 1998 that a group of businessmen related to the world of wine
decided to create a new winery. This new bodega emerges with the idea
of producing quality wines at a reasonable price. At first the bodega is
settled to produce reserva wines and gran reserva wines, since reserva is
the wine that traditional winemakers used to keep for their best visits.
Located in Fuenmayor Rioja Alta, Bodegas Altanza was built in a 35.000 m2 area leaving 10.000 m2 for a
magnificent French garden. Its goal has always been and is to offer quality wine at a reasonable price,
combining the best of the tradition inherent to a world renowned wine region with all the possibilities
technology offers now: the goal is to make the most of a characteristic grape like the Tempranillo.

Founded in 1756, the J.L. Wolf estate was a very successful and highly
regarded winery for more than two centuries. It entered an especially
glamorous era with the construction of its Italianate estate house and
villa in 1843. In the latter years of the 20th century, however, the estate
languished, lacking a firm hand to guide its wine production. Ernst Loosen,
of the Dr. Loosen estate, took over the vineyards in 1996, launching a dramatic turnaround in the estate’s

Steeped in history, Nobilo Wine Group is proud owner of some of New
Zealand's most respected pioneering wine brands. A Croat immigrant,
Nikola Nobilo, whose family history and winemaking background stretches
back over 300 years in Europe, led the way. The history of the company in
New Zealand goes back to the early 1940's when they landed in New Zealand. They settled in Huapai, West

Back in 1986, David and Mark Mason, with friend and winemaker Tony
Bish, began with a simple philosophy of making more wine than they
could drink, and sharing the rest. They had the perfect place to make it
happen, under the shade of Puketapu (sacred hill), along the white,
volcanic cliffs and river land gravels of the Dartmoor Valley in Hawke’s
Bay. They were precious days by the river with friends, family and food.

Simi's unique vineyards are the genesis of our distinct wines. Our warm
Alexander Valley Estate Vineyards are planted primarily to red Bordeaux

encompass nearly 600 acres and possess some of the most diverse soils of any wine-growing region, resulting
from eons of geologic activity including a catastrophic landslide which changed the course of the Russian River.

LA CREMA USA / Sonoma
http://www.lacrema.com
For more than 30 years, La Crema has explored California’s coastal
appellations, a voyage of varietals that started here at our estate in the
foggy vineyards of the Russian River Valley. On our journey, we have found
exciting cool-climate vineyards north in the rugged hills of Mendocino, and south along the wind-swept slopes
of Los Carneros. Most recently, our exploration has taken us to the wind-swept hillside vineyards of Monterey.
Centered always on the dual lens of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, we look for one unifying factor at these
exceptional sites: coastal wind and fog that allow the grapes ripen slowly on the vine, developing intensely
complex aromas and flavors while retaining firm acid structure. Naturally, our winemaking team seeks to
express the essence of the terroir in our wines, capturing the unique personality and flavor profile of the
vineyards. Elizabeth Grant-Douglas infuses our winemaking regime with a highly personal touch that combines
the best of traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques with a contemporary California style.

Paraduxx was created to allow the Duckhorn Vineyards'
winemakers the freedom to explore other styles without
detracting from the winery's focus on Bordeaux varietals.
In 1994, Paraduxx sourced 4 tons of Zinfandel

blended it with Duckhorn Vineyards' own estate Cabernet Sauvignon, along with smaller amounts of Merlot

GOLDENEYE USA / Anderson Valley
Goldeneye Winery was founded in 1996, years before
the Pinot Noir boom that has reshaped the landscape
of California winemaking. But the genesis for Goldeneye
goes back even further. In 1990, after fifteen years of
making world-class Bordeaux-varietal wines
Dan and Margaret Duckhorn embraced their
growing love of Pinot Noir. Their vision for Goldeneye was simple, though not easy. They wanted to found
a winery that could make a terroir-inspired expression of California Pinot Noir of equal stature to the acclaimed
Merlots they had pioneered at Duckhorn Vineyards in Napa Valley. For Pinot Noir, the Duckhorns believed that
true greatness would be found on the cool-climate edges of modern California viticulture
and found what they were looking for in the Anderson Valley.

CALERA USA / Central Coast
Calera is a vision, and Calera’s wines truly express the
sense of place. Rather than follow the recommended,
Josh Jensen became a pioneer in American Pinot Noir.
Taking his cue from the great domaines of Burgundy,
which have grown grapes in limestone soil for centuries,
he set out in search of the perfect spot in California
to create wines unique to the world but in the style of
greatest wines of France. Site selection was vital as he ventured off the grid to plant on the site
of an old limekiln in the Gavilan Mountains of California's Central Coast.

The history of Viña Luis Felipe Edwards LFE dates back to 1976, when Luis Felipe
Edwards Sr. purchased the Fundo San José de Puquillay estate, located in the Colchagua
Valley, a premier viticultural region in Chile. The estate sits nestled in a secluded
horseshoe-shaped valley, separated from the majestic snow-capped Andes by the
smaller San Fernando ridge. At that time, it was planted with 60 hectares of vines dating
back from the beginning of the 20th century, consisting mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carmenere and
Merlot. In the early Nineties, Luis Felipe Sr. decided to make wine under his own name and so built a modern
winery equipped with the latest state of the art technology. The first vintage, Luis Felipe Edwards Cabernet
Sauvignon 1994, was launched on the international market in late 1995 and is still drinking well to this day, a
testament to the level of quality of LFE wines since day one.

BODEGAS SALENTEIN Argentina / Uco Valley
www.bodegasalentein.com
The Salentein estate is as rich in history as in vineyard character. Land now
planted to grapes once bore witness to great deeds and heroism. This
goodwill was the work of the indigenous people, Jesuit missionaries who
came to the region, and important historical figures, such as General San
Martin. Finca San Pablo, one of the Salentein vineyards, has historical roots that reach back to the 17th century.
In the past, the property was part of an estancia called De Arriba, which belonged to the Society of Jesus. In the
heart of the finca, some 1,500 meters above sea level, lei the ruins of Casa Grande, an old farmhouse. Surrounded
by a mature grove, the old house was built by the Jesuits, who had already begun developing viticulture practices
at that time. José Galante was one of Argentina's Malbec pioneers. He worked at the renowned Catena Zapata for
34 years before leaving for Bodegas Salentein.

It was in 1998 that a group of businessmen related to the world of wine
decided to create a new winery. This new bodega emerges with the idea
of producing quality wines at a reasonable price. At first the bodega is
settled to produce reserva wines and gran reserva wines, since reserva is
the wine that traditional winemakers used to keep for their best visits.

well as one of the oldest private wine estates in the entire Mosel region.
Today's Weingut Reinhold Haart stems from these traditional, family
beginnings. At present, the VDP estate (member of the Association of
German Prädikat Wine Estates, or VDP) numbers among the best in the Mosel
region. Karl-Theo Haart has managed the estate since 1971 and has stamped its structure and style ever since
