Hello Intense Nation,
While we are not open yet, we want to let you know that we are working hard
to be ready when we receive the all clear. We want to first say a huge thank you
to the community for your love and support as the last few months have
elapsed. We have realized that our Intensity family is truly the best! As you can
imagine the #1 priority of the program is the health and safety of our kids, and
want to ensure as we open we continue to follow guidelines to keep everyone
safe!
With this being said, we have outlined a what to expect guide to help you as we
navigate through new waters. When we have been given the clear to move into
Phase A we will let you know.
PREPARING FOR RE-OPENING

KEEPINGSAFE
HAND WASHING
Upon opening, all athleteswill be required to washhands upon entry of the
facility, and afterparticipation.
CLEANING
The gym will be cleaned andsanitized multiple times aday to help minimize the
spread of germs.
CLOSEDPARENT ROOM
Upon opening the parentroom will remain closed
until we have entered phaseC. This is to minimize the
spread of germs.
REQUIRED FACE MASK
In addition to the general safety guidelineslisted above, during phase A and B all
coaches/staff will be required to wear a maskwhen entering the gym.
Athletes will be required to wear a mask whenentering and exiting the gym. They will not be
required to wear a mask while working out.

Athletes must sign into our Contact Log. Kids with100 degree fevers or more will be sent home.
A maximum of 3 coaches and 6 athletes in the
Athletes and staff will be required to wear a mask,and no physical contact including spotting will betaking place.
Phase A Opening allows gyms to open whenmaintaining appropriate social distancing. In addition to the general guidelines as outlines onpage 2, We will be opening during phase A forPRIVATE/SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS only. PrivateLessons will be offered with the following guidelines:
building at once this will allow us to spread outthrough the facility.
Virtual classes will remain in effect onduring the weekdays during phase A.
Tumbling Classes will no longer run onVirtual Intensity.

If your child needs a mask, wehave them! For only $10 you can get yourvery own Intensity logo mask. Our mask is not required but amask is required for entry andexiting during Phase A andPhase B.

Phase B stage allows us to resume classes and continue privatesin the gym. In addition to the general guidelines as outlined on page 2, thefollowing precautions will be taken:

Any athlete who hassymptoms of Covid-19should remain home untilthey have been cleared by adoctor or until the 14 dayisolation period has passed. It is the responsibility of allof us to keep the gym safe,if you have any concernslet us know immediately.

Parent waiting room will be re-opened.
Masks will no longer be required.
Fundamentals, Teams and Open Gyms will resume.
Programs to begin to prepare for Season 15 Tryoutswill begin.
We will staff an employee to disinfect and make sureeveryone is following best practices during ourbusiest times.
In the event of any slip back with the virus, wereserve the right to close the parent room to ensurethe safety of our athletes.
Phase C allows us to open back up to full operation, stillwhile following the guidelines on page 2 with a fewsmall changes.
