What do I do if I have technical issues?
Call Craig Jackson at 662.418.4214 at any point prior to, or during the session if you are having problems connecting or have other questions.
Is there a telephone number I can call to listen to participate in the session?
No. To keep the session cost effective, all audio is conducted using VoIP via a microphone on your computer.
I am having problems hearing the presenter.
If you cannot hear the presenter, make sure your external speakers are plugged in, turned on, and turned up. If you are using a headset, make sure it is plugged in and turned up If you still cannot hear, exit the session and re‐enter.
I have several people watching on via projector. How should I set it up?
If you have several people viewing via projector, and wish to be able to interact with the session, set up one machine and only have a single person login. If you have a microphone, use external speakers pointed AWAY FROM the microphone. You may need to turn the speakers down a bit to avoid feedback.

I am still having problems connecting. What should I do?
Check with your IT department to make sure the site is not blocked.
Make sure your machine has Adobe Flash installed on it (Most machines have it pre‐installed on delivery)
