How  to  Obtain  Records  from  Western  Union  

1. Before  Contacting  Western  Union,  make  sure  you  have  the  following  information:  • Phone  number  and  address  associated  with  your  Western  Union  account  (if  the  address  on  file  

has  changed  you  should  let  them  know  since  the  records  will  be  sent  to  you  by  mail)  • Range  of  dates  or  time  frame  of  records  that  you  need  • The  receiver’s  name  on  the  history  of  transactions  that  is  needed
