HOW TO: ALL AGES HOLIDAY FUN!
DIY VIKING ARMOUR
Vikings love to battle! Create your own Viking armour like Josh in The Last Viking! Adult supervision required for cutting cardboard.
STEP 2: Fold it in half and cut the semicircle creating a
hole for your head.
STEP 4: Using another piece of cardboard, draw and cut
out two horn shapes.
STEP 3: Punch holes in sides and tie string (or wool) to
secure the armour into place.
STEP 5: Attach the horns to your hat (or cardboard
headband) using tape or a stapler. You’re now ready for
your Nordic adventure.
RESOURCES: An old cardboard box, scissors, string (or
wool), hole punch, tape (or stapler), pencils and textas for
decoration, and an old hat (or cardboard headband).
