in Wisconsin. Seriously.

BIERIf you’re looking for something a little more shaken or stirred, you’ll certainly find a libation to sip from our seasonally-changing menu of craft cocktails. From classics, to modern twists on old favorites. Take it neat or on the rocks? You’ll love our generous 2.5 oz pours!
COCKTAILSWe admit that finding a good bloody mary in Europe is problematic. Luckily, our Wisconsin heritage inspires every one of our bloodies, which are made with our scratch-made mix, house-infused vodka and served with a chaser. Proper.
BLOODY MARYS
Here at Hollander we’re big on brunch, and nothing pairs better with a lazy weekend than our fun friend mimosa. Always bubbly and sweet, she tends to make the conversation flow and keep the laughs coming.
MIMOSASWhile bier highlights the skills of a brewer, the best wines are made by producers who step out of the way and let nature dazzle us with every wine’s unique terroir. White with brunch?Red with dinner? Rosé all day? There’s awine for every moment.
WINEWhat’s a café without coffee? Choose from a variety of drip or espresso drinks, all of which feature our unique Lowlands blend of organic, fair-trade coffee roasted exclusively for us by our good friends at Colectivo Coffee.
COFFEE
Here at Café Hollander, we take liberal inspiration from Dutch Grand Cafés.Their spacious, light-filled spaces—coupled with inviting outdoor spaces—are used as “public living rooms” and are the perfect place to waste a few hours with a snack and a newspaper, or to meet a group of friends over a drink. In our opinion, nothing
beats a few hours spent lounging in a grand café. So, grab a book, order your favorite drink, and watch the world go by.

Why unwrap just one gift when you could have four?
The holidays bring together friends, family, and tradition. Which is why every year at this time, we import these rare, small-batch, seasonal biers from our brewing friends in Belgium and beyond
to share with our friends and family back home. These are special biers, and Café Hollander is the only place in the States you'll find a collection like this under one roof. Turn a cold,
blustery, winter night into a warm, inviting evening with one of these rare brews before they’re all gone!
CELEBRATE THE SEASON WITH THE RAREST AND MOST EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION OF HOLIDAY BIERS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE.
Named after one of Milwaukee’s best holiday
traditions, the Santa Rampage Dubbel perfectly represents our collaboration with Jef Versele, 7th-generation owner of The
Brouwerij Van Steenberge. Much like meeting Jef, you can truly expect something different
from this bier every year.
The dried prunes in Aunt Agnes’s holiday stuffing may be excessive, but when
Belgian bier has the addition of a perfect, generous head of foam, it goes from “great” to a
“sleigh-bells-jingling, holiday- lights-twinkling” experience.
After all, who wants a gift without a bow on top?
FOAM FOR THE HOLIDAYS REBEL WITHOUT A CLAUSHoliday biers in
Belgium are a BIG DEAL and we’ll never turn down
an extra reason to celebrate. Each year our team works to
carefully curate a festive selection of exquisite, small-batch biers. We’re sure to have something
for everyone on your list, naughty or nice.

HIGH SPEED WIT 5%25CL $5 / 50CL $7.5 / CARAFE $12ERTVELDE, BELGIUM: From our friends at Brouwerij Van Steenberge, this robust and round witbier tastes of fresh orange, lemon, and coriander. BARREL-AGED CENTRAAL QUADDER 10%25CL $7.5 / CARAFE $17AMHERST, WI: Central Waters took our Quadder and tucked it into bourbon barrels for a nice long hibernation. It woke up sexy and complex, with notes of vanilla, oak, dark, rich fruit, mahogany and leather. Frankly, there just aren't enough "o's" in smooth to do it justice.
HOLLANDER IPA 6%30CL $7 / CARAFE $22URSEL, BELGIUM: A collaboration with Belgium’s Brouwerij The Musketeers. American citra hops meet Belgian tradition in this uniquely sessionable Belgian IPA that has just enough bite to satisfy the hop head, and enough yeasty sweetness to balance out any undesirable bitterness.
TANDEM DUBBEL 7%30CL $7 / CARAFE $18ERTVELDE, BELGIUM: A collaboration with Brouwerij Van Steenberge. Pours a rich chocolate brown with fine carbonation and flavors of malt, tart raisins, plums, cocoa, and caramel. Warms in the end, finishing creamy and rich.

OCTOPI BREWING HOP "BROCKET" | 6%WAUNAKEE, WI: It's not rocket science, but bier science that makes this Lowlands-exclusive, Citra and Simcoe, double dry-hopped IPA bright, juicy, and just a little "dank," with a balanced bitterness that puts all those overtly-alpha, "two-thousand-and-late" IPAs to shame. We're thrilled that Octopi was able to make this badger-inspired bier a reality!30CL $6.50
THE GNOME NEXT DOOR | 4.8%MADISON, WI: Our friends at Next Door Brewing have done the unthinkable: created a juicy, palatable IPA for hop heads and hop naysayers alike. Effervescent and lemon-zest-tinged with the slightest hint of vanilla in its malt backbone, we're convinced no mere mortal alone could be responsible. Surely Brewmaster Dave had some help from a handful of mischevious hop gnomes! 30CL $6.50
Sometimes the best gifts don’t come in a box, but rather a Lowlands Locals glass. We’ve
collaborated with local brewers to bring you these biers, exclusive to this Café Hollander.
