BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE OWNER - CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT, THEPROJECT MANUAL (WHICH INCLUDES GENERAL AND SUPPLEMENTARYCONDITIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS), DRAWINGS OF ALL DISCIPLINES AND ALLADDENDA, MODIFICATIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS ISSUED BY THE ARCHITECT /ENGINEER.
2. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE ISSUED TO ALL SUBCONTRACTORS BY THEGENERAL CONTRACTOR IN COMPLETE SETS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE FULLEXTENT AND COMPLETE COORDINATION OF ALL WORK. CONTRACTOR ISRESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING AND CORRELATING QUANTITIES ANDDIMENSIONS.
3. WRITTEN DIMENSIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER SCALED DIMENSIONS. NOTIFYARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF ANY DISCREPANCIES OR CONDITIONS REQUIRINGINFORMATION OR CLARIFICATION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK.

7. LARGE-SCALE, MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVERSMALLER-SCALE, LESS SPECIFIC DETAILS AND INFORMATION. MORE STRINGENTREQUIREMENTS FOR CODE, PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION TAKE PRECEDENCEOVER LESS STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS. NOTIFY ARCHITECT/ENGINEER OF ANYDISCREPANCIES OR CONDITIONS REQUIRING INFORMATION OR CLARIFICATIONBEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK.

11. PROVIDE TEMPORARY WALLS, ENCLOSURES, DUST SHIELDS AND WALK-OFF MATSAS REQUIRED TO SEPARATE DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION FROM EXISTINGBUILDING.
12. PROVIDE BRACING AND SHORING AS REQUIRED TO PROTECT EXISTINGSTRUCTURE TO REMAIN. PROVIDE SECURE AND WEATHERPROOF ENCLOSURE OFTEMPORARY OPENINGS IN EXTERIOR WALLS. PROTECT ALL BUILDINGCOMPONENTS FROM DAMAGE DURING DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION.
13. RESTORE ALL EXISTING AREAS AFFECTED BY DEMOLITION AND RELATED NEWCONSTRUCTION TO THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TOWALLS, FLOORS, AND CEILINGS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED FINISHES.
14. PROVIDE SOLID WALL BACKING WITH METAL OR FIRE-RETARDANT WOODBLOCKING BEHIND DOOR HARDWARE SUCH AS WALL STOPS, BUMPERS, HOLDOPENS, ETC.
