(HHCDC) is to embrace each family unit, to educate and equip them with the tools necessary to be a positive contributing member of the community in which they live.

The Mission of HHCDC is to provide innovative, enriching, community-based programs and services that will restore families throughout the community by enhancing and promoting youth development, healthy living, self-sufficiency, and economic empowerment.
