• Faced issues while tuning the front disc brake system and center lining the front wheel.
• Faced issue after upgrading drum brakes to disc brake feature with ABS at the rear side.
• A lot of research work has been done after development of the short stroke engine. The engine block got damaged 3-4 times while testing the upgraded motorcycle.
• The carburettor used for the first time to enhance the performance of the bike was OKO Carburetor 34mm but face issues after jetting it. Later upgraded the motocycle with Hero impulse keihin CV carburetor.
• Engine upgradation was unsuccessful when bore stroke ratio was upgraded from (65.5*66.2) to (67*66.2). The piston was damaged and so was the block due to vibrations.
• Aftermarket performance NMW Racing CDI got failed while REV testing the motorcycle.
• The motorcycle is now more powerful and has very quick 0-80kmph timing than before. A drag test with Pulsar 220 stock proved me this fact.
• The motorcycle is now much more stable than before at corners as has better suspensions now; inverted forks at front and adjustable monoshock at the rear.
• The motorcycle has now got better stability at corners, very good pickup, better seating, immense ground clearance to overcome almost all kinds of terrain. In short, a Scrambler version.
• With anti fog LED lights at the front, the objects are crystal clear now. Also, these LEDs can be used as DRLs.
• Braking too have been improved with the help of ABS feature at the rear disc brake system rather than traditional drum braking or disc braking.
• The upgraded engine feels to be much more powerful than before.• The offroad type silence layout helps in getting through anykind of terrain and off
road areas. Also, by implementing the stoke chamber in the bend pipe of silencer, the inital or pick-up now feels to be quicker.
• The metal fairing can withstand many jerks now which the fibre body could not. Durability is enhanced.
