ERT holds the 8(a) STARS II vehicle in both theConstellation I and Constellation II categoriesas ERT is ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI Level-IIcertifiedThe 8(a) STARS II GWAC is structuredwith two tiers, known as constellations. Theconstellation design is new to the 8(a) STARS IIGWAC,andoffersadditionalfeaturesandbenefits.Constellation I include prime contractors whoare technically proficient and offer competitivepricing.ConstellationIIprimecontractorsprovidethe same strengths as Constellation I, plus theadded benefit of either a Capability MaturityModel Integration (CMMI) Level II+ Services orDevelopmentcredential,oran ISO9001:2000or9001:2008credential.
